Tony Savarino studied at Berklee College of Music and received his BA in Professional Music. He is a dynamic and upbeat guitar instructor offering over twenty years experience. He has taught  countless students a myriad of styles including:  rock (classic and modern), metal, pop, jazz, blues, roots, country, bluegrass and western swing. Tony is distinguished by his personality, professionalism and effective communication skills. These traits are complimented by an extensive touring and recording history. He has appeared in: Vintage Guitar Magazine, Guitar World, Guitar Player For The Practicing Musician, The Boston Globe, and The Boston Phoenix publications .  Tony has taught courses at Berklee College of Music, he was a significant part of the success of Mass Ave Music’s Somerville location and he has had a substantial private practice in Boston area for more than two decades.
